Malabar chicken pola
**Ingredients:**
*Batter:*
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sunflower oil
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
*Masala:*
- Thinly sliced Chicken
- Chilli powder
- Curd
- Salt
- 2 Onions, finely chopped
- Chopped garlic
**Method:**
1. **Prepare Masala:**
- Make thin chicken slices.
- Marinate chicken with salt, chilli powder, curd, chopped onions, and chopped garlic. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until cooked. Set aside.
2. **Prepare Batter:**
- In a mixer jar, combine eggs, all-purpose flour, milk, sunflower oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grind for 1 minute until well combined.
3. **Cooking:**
- Heat another pan and add oil.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Open the pan and add the cooked masala over the batter.
- Cover the masala with the remaining batter.
- Garnish the top with sliced vegetables as preferred.
4. **Final Touch:**
- Cook covered until the batter is set and golden brown.
- Once cooked, slice and serve hot.
