Kerala style cocktail 🍹


Ingredients:

- 🥕 1 carrot, peeled and cooked until tender

- 1/2 cup papaya, diced

- 1 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste) 

- 1 cup chilled milk

- 1 scoop ice cream (vanilla or mango flavor works well) 🍨

- Black raisins and nuts for garnish 


Instructions:

1. Cook the peeled carrot until tender, then let it cool to room temperature.

2. In a blender, combine the cooked carrot, diced papaya, sugar, chilled milk, and the scoop of ice cream.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour the mixture into a serving glass.

5. Garnish with black raisins and nuts.

6. Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing carrot and papaya cocktail!
