Squid dry fry ๐
Ingredients:
- ๐ฆ Squid tubes, cleaned and sliced into rings
- ๐ง Onion, finely chopped
- ๐ง Garlic, minced
- ๐ถ๏ธ Green chilies, sliced (adjust according to your spice preference)
- ๐ฟ Curry leaves
- ๐ฟ Turmeric powder
- ๐ถ๏ธ Red chili powder
- ๐ฟ Coriander powder
- ๐ง Salt to taste
- ๐ฅ Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. ๐ข๏ธ Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.
2. โก๏ธ Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced green chilies, and curry leaves. Sautรฉ until the onions turn translucent and aromatic.
3. โก๏ธ Add the sliced squid rings to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the squid turns opaque.
4. ๐ฟ Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder over the squid. Mix well to coat the squid evenly with the spices.
5. โก๏ธ Cook the squid uncovered, stirring occasionally, until any excess moisture evaporates and the squid starts to turn golden brown and crispy around the edges.
6. ๐ง Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
7. โก๏ธ Once the squid is cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the heat.
