Squid dry fry ๐Ÿ™


Ingredients:

- ๐Ÿฆ‘ Squid tubes, cleaned and sliced into rings

- ๐Ÿง… Onion, finely chopped

- ๐Ÿง„ Garlic, minced

- ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Green chilies, sliced (adjust according to your spice preference)

- ๐ŸŒฟ Curry leaves

- ๐ŸŒฟ Turmeric powder

- ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Red chili powder

- ๐ŸŒฟ Coriander powder

- ๐Ÿง‚ Salt to taste

- ๐Ÿฅ˜ Oil for frying


Instructions:

1. ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.

2. โžก๏ธ Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced green chilies, and curry leaves. Sautรฉ until the onions turn translucent and aromatic.

3. โžก๏ธ Add the sliced squid rings to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the squid turns opaque.

4. ๐ŸŒฟ Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder over the squid. Mix well to coat the squid evenly with the spices.

5. โžก๏ธ Cook the squid uncovered, stirring occasionally, until any excess moisture evaporates and the squid starts to turn golden brown and crispy around the edges.

6. ๐Ÿง‚ Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.

7. โžก๏ธ Once the squid is cooked to your desired level of crispiness, remove it from the heat.
