Garlic bread recipe 🍞  🧄


Ingredients:

- 1 loaf of whole bread

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 cup grated  cheese


Instructions:

1. Slice the whole bread into thick slices, about 1-inch thick.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously on one side of each bread slice.

4. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.

5. Once the pan is hot, place the bread slices buttered side down in the skillet.

6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom side is golden brown and crispy.

7. Carefully flip the bread slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.

8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the bread slices while they are still hot in the pan.

9. Remove the garlic bread slices from the skillet and serve immediately.
